BiblePainting.com is one of many Chinese studios that sell hand-painted copies of famous paintings. It's kind of a bare-bones website, but some of the scans are pretty good.

One problem with any scan of a painting is matching the color to the original. There is another very good reproduction at the Art Renewal Center which has much less red in it, and a smaller one at the Clark Art Institute which is hopefully pretty accurate and is somewhere in the middle.
