I love coming across works of art in which God Himself appears. Imagine the audacity of the artist who presumes to paint the portrait of God Almighty, the amount of preparation required in order to believably capture His image.
Unfortunately I'm not sure this picture quite does Him justice. He doesn't appear grand enough -- in fact, He looks like He might be a little shorter than Adam. And He looks stern, but not exactly punish-mankind-for-eternity furious.
