This site has some interesting graffiti online, but the real attraction for me is the high quality of the photography and the unique Flash-based image viewer they have developed.
The crucial element of the site is that they take photographs of the each location at different times, in order to document the ebb and flow of the graffiti. There are a lot of little elements about the interface that are simple and powerful, such as the way that the available images are staggered along the chronological axis so that the timeline you've viewing can be taken in at a glance.
