Oil on canvas, 16 x 24 inches, 24 x 32 including frame (restored and gold-leafed). Cooper (1803-1902), England's famous painter of cows, was commissioned by Queen Victoria to paint the royal herd of Jerseys. The early frame bears an Aberdeen label.
